Fives Contracting finished my roof in one work day despite it being in terrible shape and covering 3,000 square feet of house. Austin and his crew were extremely thorough from start to finish and did not leave any mess behind. Not only did Austin triple check with us to make sure we loved the end result, he assured us that if we noticed something after they left he would come right back and address it. We are so happy we went with a reliable and efficient company and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonably priced new roof! Thank you Fives for an amazing job!!

This company is the best in the business. They were efficient, personal, and very reasonably priced. They replaced our old roof, installed new skylights (Yay, I can see again) and replaced all the rotted boards. Afterwards, they completely cleaned up the entire area and if not for the beautiful new roof and the dumpster, you would have never known that they had even been there! Fantastic job...and in one day!

After an unfortunate incident of shingles flying off of my roof on a home that is less than three years old, I called Fives Contracting. The contractor that installed the shingles in the first place had done a lousy job. Austin Lemma from Fives Contracting came out to inspect the shingles and inspected the roof. He showed me the problem with the installation of the shingles and even pointed out that there was inappropriate material installed on the roof as well. Austin was very knowledgeable, professional and had a great demeanor. Austin was timely in giving me an estimate and forwarding me a contract. On the day of the roof repair Austin was on time and completed the repair in a timely manner and took his time to go over everything with me. I am very happy to have found a company that does what they say will do, no gimmicks, price switching, hidden fees or pressure. I would definitely recommend Fives Contracting to friends or neighbors. I would also highly suggest they work with Austin Lemma.
